AI SMS

An AI texting agent that replies and follows up for you

It answers every text in seconds, texts back every missed call, and chases the lead until they book.

The Problem

People want to text, not talk, and they expect an answer now. But you can't reply to every message the second it lands, and half your leads never book because you got busy and forgot the third follow-up. Those leads aren't dead, they're just waiting, and they book with whoever texts back first.

The Solution

The AI SMS agent takes over the moment a text comes in or a call goes unanswered. It replies instantly, holds a real back-and-forth conversation, and keeps following up over days until the lead books or asks it to stop. It turns your inbox and your missed calls into a predictable stream of appointments without you touching your phone.

Who this is for

This is for you if you spend more than $1,000 a month on ads.

This is for you if you have a CRM full of leads that haven't been touched in months.

This is for you if you hate manual follow-up.

Why texting first beats calling first

A new lead who has just submitted a form does not usually answer an unknown number. They screen it, and the call becomes a voicemail nobody returns. A text arrives differently: it sits on the lock screen, it can be read in a meeting, and it can be answered whenever the person is free without them having to commit to a conversation.

That changes what the first touch is for. Instead of trying to win a live conversation from a cold start, the first message opens a thread. The agent replies within seconds of the form submission, references what the lead actually enquired about, and asks one question rather than five.

From there it holds the thread as long as it takes. Someone who replies four hours later, or the next morning, picks up exactly where they left off rather than getting a generic drip sequence that ignores what they already said.

Follow-up that keeps going after everyone else has stopped

Most manual follow-up stops after two attempts, usually because it is somebody's third priority on a busy day. The agent keeps going on a schedule you set, spacing messages so the thread stays useful rather than becoming pressure.

It also handles the awkward middle of the funnel: the lead who says they are busy this week, the one who asks for pricing and then goes quiet, the one who books and then needs to move the appointment. Rescheduling and cancellations are part of the standard build, so a lead who cannot make Tuesday does not silently disappear.

Existing lists work the same way. A CRM full of leads nobody has touched in months can be worked through conversationally rather than blasted, with replies routed back into the same qualification flow.

Missed calls become conversations

Every unanswered call can trigger an immediate text back, so a ring that would have ended in voicemail becomes a thread instead. In practice this is the single highest-yield automation for businesses whose customers call rather than fill in forms.

The message is not a generic apology. It names your business, acknowledges the missed call, and asks a question specific enough that replying is easier than dialling the next company on the search results page.

Compliance and control

Business texting in the US requires A2P 10DLC registration, and it is the step that most often holds up a launch. Registration is part of the standard build, along with your phone number and the analytics dashboard.

Consent is collected before the agent messages anyone, and opt-outs are honoured automatically. If you want tighter control than that, message approval holds every outbound message until someone on your team approves it, and human handoff routes each conversation to Slack and email so a person can read the thread and take over at any point.

Engagements are month to month with thirty days notice. Pricing for SMS on its own, and bundled with voice or WhatsApp, is published in full on the pricing page.

Problem
Investors filling in lead forms for off-market foreclosure deals were not followed up fast enough, so warm leads cooled before anyone reached them.
Result
An SMS agent fires the moment a form is submitted, qualifies on budget, timeline and property type over text, and books discovery calls through the Calendly API. First reply inside 60 seconds, 24/7.

Problem
Most new leads never pick up an unknown number on the first attempt, so the fastest phone call still lands in voicemail.
How it plays out
Text leads the conversation instead. The lead replies in their own time, gets qualified in the thread, and the call is booked only once they are ready to take it.

Questions we get asked

How fast is the first message?

Within seconds of the trigger, whether that is a form submission, an ad lead, or a missed call. The service commitment is a reply inside 60 seconds; if an agent misses that, the month is free.

Do I need to register for A2P 10DLC myself?

No. Registration is handled as part of the build and is included in the setup fee, along with your first phone number.

What happens when a lead replies with something unexpected?

The agent answers from what it knows about your business and escalates anything outside that rather than guessing. With human handoff enabled, your team sees the thread in Slack and can take it over mid-conversation.

Can it work leads that are already in my CRM?

Yes. Existing contacts can be worked conversationally through the same qualification and booking flow, subject to the consent you already hold for them.

Will it keep texting someone who asks it to stop?

No. Opt-outs are processed automatically and the contact is suppressed from further messaging.
